These Terms of Use and Sale (“Terms”) govern your access towww.wrightkitchen.com and purchases made through the website.
The website and online shop are operated by Wright Kitchen LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Wright Kitchen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). References in these Terms to Wright Kitchen refer to Wright Kitchen LLC unless otherwise stated.
Certain photographs, artwork, written works and other creative content used by Wright Kitchen are owned by Brittany Wright individually and used by Wright Kitchen LLC under license.
By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to make a purchase.
If you use the website on behalf of another person or an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, artwork, illustrations, written works, book content, product designs, text, product descriptions, graphics, videos, logos, trademarks, page designs and other creative content appearing on the website are owned by Brittany Wright, Wright Kitchen LLC, or another identified rights holder, and are used by Wright Kitchen LLC with authorization where applicable.
Where Brittany Wright owns the underlying copyright, Wright Kitchen LLC uses the work under license. Nothing appearing on this website transfers ownership of any copyright or other intellectual-property right to a website visitor or customer.
Wright Kitchen is a federally registered trademark.
You may access the website for lawful personal viewing and shopping. Except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing by the applicable rights holder, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, download, publish, distribute, display, license, sell or commercially exploit website content
Alter, crop, trace, animate or create derivative works from any photograph or artwork
Remove, conceal or change a signature, attribution, watermark or copyright-management information
Add a logo, product, advertisement, text or other material to an image

Print, manufacture or sell products containing any Wright Kitchen photograph, artwork, illustration or other protected content
Scrape, crawl, extract or systematically collect content or data from the website
Include website content in a dataset, archive or image library
Use website content to train, develop, test or operate artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems
Use website content to generate imitations, variations or derivative images through artificial intelligence
Mint, tokenize or otherwise offer any artwork as an NFT or similar digital asset
Use Wright Kitchen trademarks, names or branding in metadata, advertising keywords or in a manner likely to cause confusion
PURCHASE OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Purchasing a print, book, calendar, sticker, or other physical product gives the purchaser ownership of that particular physical object only.
No copyright, reproduction right, commercial-use right, digital right, merchandising right, publishing right, licensing right or other intellectual-property right is transferred with the purchase.
Ownership of the physical object does not authorize the purchaser to copy, scan, reproduce, publish, manufacture, distribute or create products from any photograph, artwork, illustration, text or other protected content incorporated into the product.
A lawful owner may display, use, give away or resell that particular physical copy as permitted by law. The underlying creative content may not be reproduced or used as business branding, advertising, packaging or other promotional material without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Nothing in this section limits rights expressly provided by applicable law.
GIFT-A-BOOK AND SIMILAR GIFTING PROGRAMS
Wright Kitchen may offer customers the opportunity to purchase an additional book or other product for distribution through a Wright Kitchen gifting program.
A purchase made through such a program is a purchase of a physical product, not a charitable contribution, and is not represented by Wright Kitchen as tax-deductible.
Unless a specific recipient is expressly identified at the time of purchase, Wright Kitchen may select an appropriate recipient based on requests received, recipient eligibility, product suitability, availability and logistical considerations.
Recipients may include approved children’s hospitals, schools, libraries, pediatric programs, and nonprofit or community organizations serving children.
Wright Kitchen will make reasonable efforts to ensure that purchased gifting copies are distributed to appropriate recipients. Wright Kitchen may provide the purchaser with general information regarding where or how a gifted copy was distributed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, recipient organizations are not sponsors, endorsers, agents or business partners of Wright Kitchen, and participation as a recipient does not imply an affiliation with or endorsement of Wright Kitchen or its products.
If Wright Kitchen is unable to distribute a purchased gifting copy within a reasonable period, Wright Kitchen may allocate it to another eligible recipient or cancel the purchase and issue a refund.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, IMAGES AND VARIATIONS
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately.
Colors, contrast and brightness may appear differently depending on the viewer’s screen, device and settings. Minor differences between a screen image and a finished physical product are not necessarily defects.
Dimensions are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.
Physical products may also exhibit reasonable manufacturing or finishing variations, including minor differences in trimming, binding, paper, printing, color, placement, signatures or numbering.
For individually finished or signed products, minor variations are expected and are part of the nature of the product.
ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products identified in the order.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not prevent us from canceling or correcting an order before shipment if necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of:
Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
Suspected automated, bulk or bad-faith purchasing
Violation of these Terms
An inability to fulfill the order as described
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the canceled portion will be refunded to the original payment method.
We may place reasonable quantity limits on limited releases or other products to provide fair access to customers.
PRICES, PAYMENTS AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout where required.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other governmental charges imposed by a destination country or jurisdiction unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through the payment method selected at checkout. Third-party payment and financing services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
CANCELLATIONS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Orders are subject to the Wright Kitchen Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Certain products, including some fine-art prints, may be made to order. Cancellation of a made-to-order product is not guaranteed after printing, signing, packaging, production or fulfillment has begun.
Books and other stocked or manufactured products may be subject to different cancellation or return conditions as described in the Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy or on the applicable product page.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers, financing providers, shipping carriers and social-media platforms.
Wright Kitchen does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or independent actions.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s separate terms and privacy policies.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the website:
For unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity
To interfere with the website’s security or operation
To introduce malicious code
To impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation
To gain unauthorized access to an account, system or data
To violate the intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of Wright Kitchen, Brittany Wright or another party
To place orders through bots, scripts or other unauthorized automated means
We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any website feature without notice.
DISCLAIMER
The website and its informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wright Kitchen disclaims warranties relating solely to the continuous availability, accuracy or error-free operation of the website.
This disclaimer does not eliminate warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim or limit obligations imposed by applicable product-safety, consumer-protection or other non-waivable laws.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wright Kitchen LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from access to or use of the website.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wright Kitchen LLC’s total liability arising from a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including where applicable law provides a non-waivable remedy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wright Kitchen LLC from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your unlawful use of the website
Your unauthorized use of website content
Your infringement or violation of another party’s rights through your use of the website
Your material violation of these Terms
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute not subject to a non-waivable consumer-protection rule will be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in New York.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections, remedies or venue rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, products, business practices or applicable requirements.
The effective date at the top will show when these Terms were most recently updated.
Changes apply prospectively from the effective date unless otherwise stated.
SEVERABILITY

These Terms, together with the Wright Kitchen Privacy Policy, Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy and any additional terms expressly presented in connection with a particular product, promotion or service, constitute the agreement between you and Wright Kitchen LLC concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.
